Really nice, the hair looks good in my opinion. Perhaps a bit too hard contrast on the hair in the upper left corner, though.

The border between skin and hair/shirt is a bit too hard and pixelly. You would want to make this smoother to enhance the feeling of depth and realism.

Face looks absolutely beautiful with those lovely facial features. Really great work overall. :)
